THE Annual Communication of the Provincial Grand Lodge of Leicestershire and Rutland will be held on Friday , die lGth inst ., at the Three Swans Hotel , Market Harborough . Provincial Grand Lodge will be opened at 10 . 30 a . m . On this occasion St . Peter's Lodge ( No . 1 , 330 ) , will be dedicated , the W . M . installed , and officers invested .
