Quarterly Communication earlier than the usual time . But the . Reverend Brother had not yet arrived ; and the Officiating Provincial Grand Master was thus deprived of the pleasure which he had anticipated , of receiving him ¦ in the District Grand Lodge with the honours due to his distinguished position in the Craft .
