Caridad and in the Lodge Estrella del Tequendama , have contributed to raise the standard of rebellion against the constituted Alasonic government of our country , likewise those who did and have consented to such an outrage , are hereby provisionally suspended from all their rihts and privileges .

The Alasons mentioned in Articles 1 st and 5 th , and those intruders mentioned in Art . 4 , will not be admitted under any excuse or pretext in any of the lodges and bodies of the Grand Orient of New Granada , under the penalty of incurring the responsibility mentioned in Art . 13 of the General Statutes of July 13 , 1 S 57 . "Art . 7 . The bodies in state of rebellion are responsible for

the amounts they have not paid and may hereby become due to tho Treasurer ofthe H . E . ; and the puissant brother who has charge of this department will give tho necessary instructions to the brother charged with the collection of said funds at Bogota ; but if this brother is one of those declared as irregular , then said puissant brother will withdraw the power given to him , demanding of him a proper account .
