woro solemnly consecrated as Priest Masons by tho presiding officer . Tho college was then closed , and , tho Knights bolow the Viceroy ' s chair having boon re-admitted , it was rosolvod that tho future assemblies of tho conclave bo hold on tho second Saturday in February , April , May , Octobor , and Dccomber ; and the annual subscription was also fixed .
