London along with the warrant in 1851 , and omitted to be returned ; and if this should fall into the hands of any old member of the Encampment at home or abroad , who has any knowledge of the whereabouts of any of these documents , he would greatly oblige by communicating with the Encampment , or the writer of of these papers .
