that you may issue for the well-ruling and governing the Lodges in your Province , and preserving inviolate the ancient landmarks of our Order . " Having been associated with you as a Brother for many years , and having had the advantage of your instruction and assistance in the several chairs which you have already filled , we feel competent to form an opinion of the qualifications necessary for the due and proper . discharge of the duties of the hih and responsible office to which you have
