characterised as the Patroness of our Order . The toast having been honoured , and the National Anthem sung , the noble Chairman gay " that of H . R . H . the Princess of Wales , and the other members of tbo Royal Family . He felt it was needless to dilate on the many virtues of tho Princess , who was well known as one of the most charming creatures in the world . He could only hope that ere long she would
