The feature of the refreshment table was a massive pewter tankard of a capacity of about a gallon and a half , adorned with Masonic emblems and inscribed with tho names of tho Master , Wardens , and brethren of a
Dutch Operative Building Gnild , of which it had evidently been the property . A very general desire was expressed by tho brothren present to contribute towards tho purchase of this interesting relic , and at tbe suggestion of tho W . M . a list was opened in order that all members of tho Lodgo who desired it should subscribe equally towards tho pnrchase fund , and it was agreed that tho subscribers names should be engraved on tho tankard , and that it should then bo presented to tho Lodge .

Tho building is beautifully decorated and elaborately furnished , possessing landsome Lodgo , banquetting
rooms , privato rooms , & c , & o . Stablos are also provided for tho use of those members driving to tho meetings . Taken altogether , perhaps wo may say no Lodgo in the kingdom has better promises than havo been provided for this , by ono of its members , Bro . Bewick , at his sole expense ; ho leases it to the Lodge at a nominal vont . Labour being over , the brethren adjourned to tlie banqueting hall , find spent

Wo regret to announce the death of Bro . Hull , Master Carpontor of H . M . Dockyard , Port Boyal , a member of the Pliconix Lodge , Port Eoyal , which took placo in the month of March , from an attack of " Yellow Jack . " Tho deceased was well boloved by all tlie brothren .
The Sussex Jfew Lodgo Eoom is now completod , and will shortly bo consecrated . It is rumoured that a now Lodge , under the English Constitution ,
will shortly be opened in this city . It is stated that Bro . Allen ( Chief Medical Officer of tho Lunatic Asylum ) will be the first Master . A better choice could not havo been made , as this brother is greatly boloved by all Masons .
