Royal Shamrock Lodge No . 32 . —A meeting was held on tho 6 fch of July , at St . Olavea Place , Watorford . Present—Bros . Thomas Atherton W . M ., Thomas Andrews S . W ., Samuel H . Perry Secretary and J . W ., James W . Andrews S . D ., Edward G . Brooks J . D ., Thomas Trigge Steward , Robert Whalley son . D . C , David Atherton I . Business transacted—This being the night appointed for tho celebration of the Festival of St . John , the Lodge , after having been duly opened in

first degree , was called oft from labour to refreshment , when the brethren sat down to a sumptuous banquet . After the usual loyal and Masonic toasts had been given and responded to , tho W . M . called Bro . S . H . Perry forward , and presented him with a valuable silver tea service , accompanied by the following address , handsomely illumi . nated :

" To Samuel H . Perry , Esq ., Junior Warden and Secretary of Masonic Lodge , No . 32 , Waterford . "Dear Sir and Brother , —Your brethren of the Eoyal Shamrock Lodge of Free and Accepted Masons , desire to testify their regard and esteem for you , and therefore take advantage of your marriage to bear this testimony to yonr many good qualities , and the very efficient

manner in which you have discharged the duties assigned to yon . "During yonr connexion with us yonr conduct , ahvays regulated by true Masonic principles , your zeal for the welfare of our ancient Order , your exertions to promote the harmony and brotherly love which have always characterised the Craft , and the ability and care with which you have filled the important offices to which you have

been elected , have won our esteem and regard , and called forth the praise aud thanks of yonr brethren . " We beg your acceptance of the accompanying tea service , as a tribute from the members of this Lodge to your sterling worth as a man aud a Mason , and while it is no measure of your deserts or of onr appreciation of them , wc beg yon to accept it in tho same

fraternal spirit in which it is offered . Wishing you and Mrs . Perry every happiness this world can afford j we pray the Great Architect of the Universe abundantly to bless you both , to smooth your steps in the rugged paths of this life , aud , finally , to bring you to that better world , where all will be joy and peace and love , in the presence of the Most High .

" On behalf of the brethren of Royal Shamrock Lodge , 32 . " Bro . Perry having replied in appropriate terms , the Lodgo was closed , and the brethren enjoyed themselves with speech and song , parting , at a late hour , iu peace , love and harmony , after a most enjoyable evening .

wore confirmed . Bro . G . Walker passed to the degree of P . O ., and Bro . Lake raised to the degree of M . M . The Lodge resumed to the first degree , and tho W . M . worked the first section of the first lecture , and l ! ro . Beckett the fifth . The sum of 21 s was unanimously voted from the funds to he given to the Mansion House Fund , for thevolief of the sufferers by the inundations iu Franco . Lodge closed punctually , iu due form , and adjourned until the 19 th instant .

M . called Bro . S . H . Perry forward , and presented him with a valuable silver tea service , accompanied by the following address , handsomely illumi . nated :

" To Samuel H . Perry , Esq ., Junior Warden and Secretary of Masonic Lodge , No . 32 , Waterford . "Dear Sir and Brother , —Your brethren of the Eoyal Shamrock Lodge of Free and Accepted Masons , desire to testify their regard and esteem for you , and therefore take advantage of your marriage to bear this testimony to yonr many good qualities , and the very efficient

manner in which you have discharged the duties assigned to yon . "During yonr connexion with us yonr conduct , ahvays regulated by true Masonic principles , your zeal for the welfare of our ancient Order , your exertions to promote the harmony and brotherly love which have always characterised the Craft , and the ability and care with which you have filled the important offices to which you have

been elected , have won our esteem and regard , and called forth the praise aud thanks of yonr brethren . " We beg your acceptance of the accompanying tea service , as a tribute from the members of this Lodge to your sterling worth as a man aud a Mason , and while it is no measure of your deserts or of onr appreciation of them , wc beg yon to accept it in tho same

fraternal spirit in which it is offered . Wishing you and Mrs . Perry every happiness this world can afford j we pray the Great Architect of the Universe abundantly to bless you both , to smooth your steps in the rugged paths of this life , aud , finally , to bring you to that better world , where all will be joy and peace and love , in the presence of the Most High .

Lodge closed punctually , iu due form , and adjourned until the 19 th instant .
