The London Masonic Club Lodge of Instruction , Wo . 58 . —A meeting was held on Monday , the 15 th inst ., at tha Club , 101 Queen Victoria Street , City . There was a good attendance , the following brethren filling tho Offices : —Bros . Chapman W . M ., J . S . Fraser S . W ., Bookman J . W ., Beoton J . D ., J . B . King I . G ., Pulsford Preceptor . The Lodge having been opened , the minntes of

last meeting were read and counrmed . The initiation ceremony was rehearsed , Bro . llayncs acting ? as candidate . Bro . Sraallpeice proposed an addition to the bye-laws , viz ., " That a feo of 6 d bo imposed on brethren visiting the Lodge . " This was seconded by Bro . Fraser , and carried nnanimonsly . Bros . Bookman and King wore unanimously clocted members of this Lodge of Instruction . After the election of Bro . Frasor as W . M . for tho next meeting , the Lodgo was closed .

The Lodgo was opened in due form , and the minutes were read and confirmed . Bro . II . A . Wallbrccht vacated the chair in favour of Bro . Fenner . Lodge was opened in tho

second degree . Bro . Gimingham answered tho questions leading to the third doctrce , and tho ceremony of raising was rehearsed . Lodge was resumed , and Bro . Fenner worked tho second and third sections of the lectnre , assisted by the brethren . Bro . Gimingham , of the Eleanor Lodge , No . 1707 , was elected a member of this Lodgo of Instruction . Bro .
