The meeting was convened for the purpose of arranging for a Summer Festival , which , on former occasions had cemented the bond of friendship between the members . Tho committee decided that it should be held on tho 12 th or 13 th of July ,

at the Custle Hotel , Woodford , and deferred their final resolution until satisfactory details shonld be arranged . Bro . G . Everett P .
