M ., in excellent terms , proposed tho Loyal and Masonic toasts , that of
H . R . H . the Prince of Wales Most Worshipfnl Grand Master being received with loud and enthusiastic cheering . In speaking to the toast of the Grand Officers , the W . M . said they had a Grand Officer present , one whom thoy were proud to havo with them , that was their respected Bio . Cottebrnne P . G . P . In reply , Bro . Cottebrnne said
it was uot his intention to make a long speech ; for twenty-seven year . * he had had to return thanks for tho P . M . ' s , and for many yeard for the Grand Officers .
