Campbell , a sum was voted from the funds of the Province towards the amount agreed to be given to Bro . F . Binckes on his retiring from tho post of Secretary to the
Royal Masonic Institution for Boys . It was also agreed that a window , bearing the arms of the Province , should be placed in the Jubilee Hall of the Royal Masonic Institution for Girls .

EASTER RAILWAY FACILITIES .
THE London and North Western Railway Company announce that the ticket offices at Euston , Broad-street , Kensington , and Willesden Junction will be open throughout the day , from Monday , 31 st March , to Monday , 7 th April , inclusive , so that passengers wishing to obtain tickets for any destination on the London and North Western Railway can do so at any timo of the day prior to the
starting of the trains . The tickets will be dated to suit the convenience of passengers . A special cheap excursion from London to Antwerp and back will leave London on Thursday , 3 rd April , and , iu order to allow intending passengers to remain in London as late as possible , the vessel will
leave Gravesend after tho arrival at Tilbury of the train leaving Fenchurch Street Station at 5 * 15 p . m . Tho magnificent new steamship " Seamew " has beon specially appointed to make this excursion , and it will retnrn from Antwerp on Monday , 7 th April .
