Before proceeding with the ceremony , his Lordship remarked that it gave him great pleasure to be present on such an occasion , and to recognise the liberality and zeal on tho part of the Devizes brethren , without which the beautiful Hall in wbich they then were conld not have been provided j and it showed how much the true Masonic feeling was extending in Wiltshire .
