general , it is more particularly so on us , my Brethren : let me , then , exhort you , as you v . ill find it your interest , to preserve this . Remember , that when , schisms and dissensions are once suffered to creep into a fabric , they will soon sap and undermine the foundation . The different orders into which you may be divided , can never break the ties of brotherhood , nor cancel the obligations of fraternal affection Let all and every branch of Free-masonry be united , for however you may differ in minute unessential points , you are . all branches from the same common root , and your views are directed to the same end .
