The Report from the Committee of General Purposes was read and approved . Charters were granted for Chapters to be attached to Lodges 137 , 552 , 661 , 650 . The following E . Companions were elected as the Committee of General Purposes : — The three Grand Principals and the Pro-Z .

The Committee for the digest of the Laws was re-appointed . * An Address of Condolence to the Earl of Zetland , on the lamented decease of his revered parent , was unanimously passed .
Notices of motion , " that Ten Guineas be presented to each of the Schools , were given , as also for a rate of Contribution . " The Grand Chapter was then closed .
