ABERDEEN , August 3 . —The rebuilding of Marischal " College has just been contracted for , by Mr . Rannie , of this city : when finished , it will cost about 25 , 000 / ., of which Government has given 15 , 000 / . The first stone will be laid , with a grand Masonic procession , in the course of the present month , the work to be finished in four or five years .
