having become a candidate for election thereupon , shall receive a pension equal to half the amount received b y her deceased husband , as long as she shall subsequently remain unmarried . That the widow of any Brother who would have been eligible as a candidate for a pension out of the Royal Masonic Benevolent Fund , shall be eligible to election as a recipient of a proportionate stipend out of such Fund , provided she be upwards of sixty years of age at the time of his death ; subject , however , to rules and regulations analogous to those pertaining to the male pensioners upon that Fund .

The Report of the Especial Committee for the Masonic Testimonial to the memory of the late illustrious Grand Master , was received and unanimously adopted . The motion for the grant of 800 ? . for a statue , in addition to the former vote of 1000 / ., was carried unanimously . An address of condolence on the demise of the late Grand Master from the Lodge at Liege , was received and ordered to be entered on
the minutes . The Reports from the Board of Benevolence and General Purposes were received and approved . The motion for limiting the duration of the Grand Mastership for three years , was withdrawn for the present . The motion " That Provincial Grand Masters who fail to hold a Provincial Grand Lodge for twelve mouths , shall be deemed to have vacated office & c . " was carried . After which the Grand Lodge was closed .
