CUPAR , Sept . 1 . 5 . —Installation of the Provincial Grand Master of Fij ' eshire , and laying the Foundation Stone of the Fife County Prison . —At twelve o ' clock the deputations from the different district Lodges marched in Masonic order from their respective places of rendezvous to the County Hall , where the Provincial Grand Lodge of Fifeshire was formed for the installation of R .
