Application having been made by the Secretary to the Masonic Girls ' School to the Oxford lodges , to appoint a Steward to the ensuing festivalBro . S . Burstall , of University College , appointed his officers for the year . At the conclusion of the business the brethren withdrew to the banquet room . The W . M . Bro . S .
