THE PREPARATORY MEETING of the Provincial Grand Lodge of Kent will be held at Gravesend on the 20 th inst . The Provincial Grand Lodge will be held at Folkestone on June 17 th . SUBJECT TO THE CONSENT of his Royal Highness , the members of tbe Loyal Cambrian Ledge propose to present the Prince of Wales , M . W . G . M ., upon his arrival at Merthyr , en route from Aberystwith to Cardiff , with an address of welcome .
