This fee covers only about a fourth of the cost ; the remainder is borne by the Charity . Special Privileges to Governors . —Governors have the privilege of Free Admission for their own Domestic Servants . An Annual Subscriber of One Guinea , after the second payment , or a Donor of £ 10 ios . in one sum , becomes a Governor . For an Annual Subscription of Two Guineas , Firms , Clubs , and Hotels are entitled to send one employe to the Hospital free of cost ; for an Annual Subscription of Four Guineas , two employes ; and for an Annual Subscription of Five Guineas , three employes . There is private Accommodation for those who may require it at £ 3 3 - P week . Nearly 1000 patients have been treated this year . FUNDS ARE MOST URGENTLY NEEDED Not only to carry on this useful work , but to enable the Committee to build extra accommodation , suitable to the requirements — medical and otherwise — of the present day .
