The Prov . Grand Lodge was opened in form promptly at 2 . 30 p . m ., and the Prov . Grand Master was greeted with the usual honours . On the roll of lodges being called over , all were found to be well represented , and , with one exception , the annual returns have been made . The minutes of the last annual meeting , held at Workington , were read and passed .
The PROV . G . TREASURER next read a statement of accounts up to 31 st December , 1884 , which showed the balance to be to the credit of Prov . Grand Lodge of £ 38 os . 3 d . They were passed as read , with the order that they be printed , and each member of the province receive a copy . The time having again arrived for the province to recommend to the

Grand Lodge was then closed in due form , and the brethren adjourned to the Grand Hotel , where a very excellent banquet awaited them .
The usual loyal and Masonic toast list was well given and responded to , and with songs and recitations a most agreeable meeting ended with the Tyler ' s toast about 7 . 30 .

The brethren of the great industrial town of Leeds very natually availed themselves of the opportunity offered by the gracious visit of the Prince and Princess of VVales on Wednesday , the 15 th inst ., for the purpose of opening the new buildings of the Yorkshire College , in order to present to his Royal Highness , as Grand Master of the United Grand
Lodge , an address embod ying the loyal and heartfelt wishes of the members of the Leeds lodges for the health and happiness of the Royal visitors . W ., in a very touching manner seconded the motion , which was passed unanimously . The Prov . Grand Lodge was then closed in due form , and the brethren adjourned to the Grand Hotel , where a very excellent banquet awaited them .
The usual loyal and Masonic toast list was well given and responded to , and with songs and recitations a most agreeable meeting ended with the Tyler ' s toast about 7 . 30 .

The brethren of the great industrial town of Leeds very natually availed themselves of the opportunity offered by the gracious visit of the Prince and Princess of VVales on Wednesday , the 15 th inst ., for the purpose of opening the new buildings of the Yorkshire College , in order to present to his Royal Highness , as Grand Master of the United Grand
Lodge , an address embod ying the loyal and heartfelt wishes of the members of the Leeds lodges for the health and happiness of the Royal visitors .
