I 2 .. 7-At the Board of Masters which preceded the Lodge of Benevolence , the paper of business for Grand Lodge of Oth June was settled . At the Lodge of Benevolence the brethren first confirmed the grants made at the Lodge of Benevolence cf April last to the amount of £ 170 . The brethren
then proceeded with the consideration of the new casts , of which there were twenty-two . Of these three were dismissed , and three deferred . The remainder were relieved with a total sum of £ 425 , composed of one grant of £ 100 , one of £ 75 , one of £ 50 , one of £ 40 , four of £ 20 , and eight of £ 10 each . The Lodge of Benevolence was then closed . Thc sitting lasted three hours .
