John Fawcett , Esq . ) , held his Annual Provincial Lod ge in the Borough Hall , fctockton -upon-Tees , where he was honoured wifh the attendance of a very large number of the Brethren from the several lodges belonging to his Province . After tlie Lodge was closed the Brethren dined together at Br . Palphramand's ,, Black Lion Hotel , and an evening of rare conviviality was spent .
