signature of the Grand Master nor that of any of the Grand Officers of Switzerland is attached to the document , and that , in addition to this circumstance , the very purport of the circular renders it extremely improbable that it has been issued under authority , or even with the approbation of the W . M . Grand Master of Switzerland , Bro . Meystre .
I have no wish to impede in any way the construction of a " Temple Unique " at Geneva , but cannot allow so informal a document to appear in your pages without a word of caution from one who is well acquainted with the state of Masonry at Geneva * . —I remain , dear Sir and Brother , Yours fraternally , B .
