A Petition for a new Chapter , to be attached to the Home Lodge , No . 857 , at Birmingham , was read , and the prayer thereof granted . All business being concluded , the Grand Chapter was closed in ancient and solemn form .

Scott , No . 2 , was elected President ; Bro . Bobert Warner Wheeler , No . 324 , Treasurer ; Bro , Lewis Solomons , No . 108 , Secretary .
