Hervey , calling attention of brethren of lodges to Bro . Clabon ' s scheme for disposing of a portion of the money of the Fund of Benevolenceand which scheme would have to be discussed at the
, next meeting of Grand Lodge , to be held on the 2 nd of June . Some introductory conversation took place on the subject , and Bro . Sherry expressed a desire that the brethren should read themselves up in the matter , aud then gave the following notice of motion : — "That the scheme proposed by Bro . Clabon for appropriating a portion of the Fund of Benevolence to other than the purposes for which it was created , be taken into con .
