Mr . Bright made a long speech , in which he condemned tho English policy in India , ancl said wo must treat the change of last last year as only provisional , aud reconstruct our Indian government at homo and in India itself . The bill was then read a second timo .

PANMORE LODGE , NO . 1025 . —AVe are requested to correct an error in the report of the proceedings at p . 32 ; it is there state 1 that Bro . Parrott was re-appointed Secretary ; we should have said he was appointed , Bro . AA illiam AVhite having previously held that office . EAST LANCASHIRE . —Two Lodges in t ] iis province , those at Bury ( No . 220 ) , and Heywood ( No . 333 ) , were , by mistake , in our last number , placed under the head

" AVest Lancashire . " "Z . " —A P . JI . who has ceased to belong to a Lodge for some years , and afterwards rejoins , does not lose his rank , though ho loses his position as a member of Graud Lodge by ceasing for twelve months to subscribe to a Lod ge . It will be necessary for him to re-pass the chair to regain that position , but there is no necessity for his again serving the office of AVarden .

" P . JI . "—AVe have several times stated that no part of the insignia of the Royal Arch , but the jewel , can be worn in a Craft Lod ge . The apron and sash are alike inadmissible . MARK MASONRY , Knights Templar , ancl other reports , aro necessarily postponed , owing to the length of the proceedings in Grand Lodge . Our correspondents would much facilitate our business arrangements by forwarding their communications so as to reach us not later than Saturday .
