to place an army on the Rhine . It assorts that the garrisons of the frontier towns have not been increased by a single regiment . The attempt of the Austrians to effect the passage of the Po at Frasinetto , commenced on the 3 rd , The cannonade lasted fifteen hours , and was re-commenced on Wednesday afternoon , and lasted for the remainder of the day .
