Will you kindly allow me to suggest to the Grand Lodge , tbe desirability of making a new rule in tbe next edition to this effect , namely , — "That tbe Grand Master , Provincial Grand Masters , and all Officers of the Grand and Provincial Grand Loclges shall be elected annually . That tbe Provincial Grand ' Masters shall be elected by tbe members of their respective Grand Lodges , subject to the approval of tbe Grand Lodge . " Yours fraternally , AN OLD P . M .
