First , let it be distinctly understood that no rival schemes exist , or are , as lar as I can hear , talked of . In the next place let me remark , thafc it ivas hardl fair the

The fund could be applied as ivell to the maintenance of a child at the Masonic school as to the same purpose in tiro country , hut certainly in thc latter case at less expense .
