M ., it was resolved that the Summer Festival should be held at the Crystal Palace , on the second Tuesday in July , ancl that the ladies of members should be invited to attend . Mattheson , John Nash , George Cook , and AVilliam Mallett ( five out of nine candidates ) , were severally introduced , duly initiated , and entrusted with the secrets of ancient Freemasonry .
