There were one hundred and thirty lodges only represented , being little over a quorum of one third , OAA-iug to the unfortunate state of affairs in this State—nearly one half of it being under the military
surveillance of the rebellion . The Session AA-as characterized by the usual fraternal greetings , and nothing was permitted to mar the peace and harmony of the eoirvocation , except the regrets at the unfortunate condition of the country , and that so many familiar faces Avere not permitted to meet with us .
