THE Grand Lodge of Scotland will hold the St . Andrew ' s festival at the Freemasons' Hall , George-street , Edinburgh , on Monday next , the 30 th inst . The election of office-bearers will take place after the Grand Lodge has been opened afc six o ' clock , and the banquet in celebration of the festival of St . Andrew will take place in the banqueting hall , afc seven o'clock .
