Tho description of tho Loi'lrro at Pons Coil ' eo House , in the 1770 list , clearly evidencing that tho engraver has taken it from No . 321 in the list for

1769 . Tho bare date—1768—without day of month is tolerably conclusive on this point , aud had tho Lodge been constituted—[ i . e ., formed or established , and not merely warranted]—in 1768 , it would certainly have appeared iu its proper order of seniority , somewhere lower down in tho list , say at about tho No . 358 [ 1770 ] . 11 .
