THE annnal meeting of this Provincial Grand Mark Lodgo Avas hold at tho Greyhound Hotol , Richmond , on the 21 th ult ., and favoured by an almost unanticipated break in tho disastrous weather cf the previous months , was largely attended , thero being representatives present from every Lodge connected Avith the Province . Tho Hiram Mark Lodge , No . 13 , had , on this occasion , tho honour of arranging for tho reception of the Prov . Grand Lodge , and carried
out the entire proceedings in a manner Avhich l'cflccts great credit on all its members . Ponding tho arrival of tho lit . Worshipful tho Provincial Graud Murk Master Col . Francis Burdntfc and his Officers , tbo Hiram Lodgo Avas opened at 5 p . m . by tho V . W . Bro . Kaymond II . Thrnpp in the regretted , bnt unavoidable , absence of Bro . G . J .
