Beck alluded to the fact of His Royal Highness allowing them to uso bis arms and also his name as Dnko of Rothesay . The health of the Pro G . M ., the D . G . M . and the rest of the Grand Officers Avas given , and with the toast Avas associated the name of Bro . E . P . Albert , who acknowledged the

compliment . Tho W . M . then proposed tho toast of the newly made brethren , there were three present , two had been previously initiated ; Bro . Carter AVDS tho youngest member among them ; ho bad jnst attained the ago of 21 . Each of thoso enumerated severally responded . Bro . B . SwalloAV I . P . M . and Treasurer congratulated the brethren on their selection for W . M . The Avorking of Bro . Beck was known and

appreciated ; he regretted that in the hurry of leaving tho Lodge a jewel had not been proposed for him . HoAvever , at the audit meeting that could be remedied ; ho Avas sure that Bro .
