Perl , of the New Concord Lodge , No . 813 , was elected a member . Bro . Medwin was elected W . M . for the ensuing week .

Hillman R . 111 . G . M . of C . presiding , after which the members adjourned to the Dol phin Hotel , where the Festival was completed .
