ST . ANDREW ' LODGE . —This ancient Loclge held its last meeting for the seasonin their new roomWaterloo Placewhich has been
, , , fitted up in an elegant style for the purpose . The meeting was numerous and altogether of a most harmonious description , there heing nearly one hundred present , in full Masonic costume . The Lodge was decorated with all the insignia of the Craft , and the effect was very imposing . The chair was filled by the R . W .
