form a splendid Masonic procession , to church , in commemoration and celebration of their titular Saint , John the Evangelist , in December next , when , it is said , the llev . Brother David Evans , Garrison Chaplain , will preach a sermon for the occasion , and a collection will , at the same time , be made in aid of the fund for the relief of indigent persons .
