EXTRACT FROM THE LAST CIRCULAR OF GRAND LODGE . — "A Report was read , stating that , at a General Meeting of the Governors and Subscribers of the lloyal Masonic Benevolent Annuity Fund , ten members of that body had been duly elected to be of the Committee of Management until the General Meeting in May next . The M . AV . Grand Master then nominated ten qualified Brethren to be of the said Committee , and the Grand Lodge proceeded , by ballot , to elect ten others . This having been done , the Committee of Management for the said Institution was declared to be as follows : *—
