W . M ., Bro . James McDougall and Miss Steel , the other brethren following
according to their Masonic rank . Dancing began at halfpast nine , and was kept up with great spirit till four a . m . to the inspiring strains of Bro . Rees ;\ Beckett Evans ' quadrille band . During the interval which occurred in the middle of the programme , Bro . James Steel , P . M ., the enthusiastic father of thc lodge , organised what he termed a "bull reel , " or a reel in which none but males were to
take part , and soon he had sixteen couples of brethren dancing and "haughin" with celerity and vigour , himself one of the liveliest . BRO . TAUTE'S "BIBLIOGRAPHY . " Subscribers to Bro . Taute ' s " Bibliography " will be glad to hear that the concluding part is progressing rapidly , and that Bro . J . G . Findel , of Leipzig , the publisher , anticipates its being ready for delivery about the middle of this
month . Although this work will contain a large number of English Masonic books , a complete bibliography , supplemental to Kioss , 1 S 44 , is much wanted ; but as it would involve so much labour and expense , we fear that we shall have to wait a long time for its advent .
