The tcrpedo-boat destroyer , Decoy , will also be commissioned to take the place of the Surly , which has been disabled through defects in one of her cylinders , and will be attached to the battleship Magnificent .

Gundry tendered to him a warm welcome on behalf of the solicitors practising at the Court .
