Two candidates were proposed for exaltation , and all buainess beinu concluded , the chapter was closed , and the companions adjourned to refreshment . The M . E . Warrant Officers Chapter , No . 2346 . The installation meeting of this chapter was held at Freemasons' Hall , Great Oueen-street , on Monday , the o'h inst . The business was to exalt Bro . Walter Eckstein Bailev . of Lodge No . 23 *;') , and to instal the Principals . Bro . Bailey was exalted hy the M . E . Z ., Comp . Gardiner , in a manner which impressed the candidate very much as well as the other companions present . Comp . Gardiner installed his successor , Comp . Alfred Molony , into tie . chair of M . E . Z . in a verv able manner , and Comp . Molony performed the same office for his success ™ , Comp . Puirh , as 11 ., whil- the latter installed Comp . Cook into the chair of I . After the installation the M . E . Z ., Comp . Molony ,

presented a P . Z ' s . jewel to Comp . Gardiner on the termination of his year of office , informing him that the jewel had been unanimously voted to him by the companions as a token of their esteem and regard and hoped he would live long to wear it , both with satisfaction to himself and credit to the Craft , of which he wis such a firm supporter . Walter Eckstein Bailev . of Lodge No . 23 *;') , and to instal the Principals . Bro . Bailey was exalted hy the M . E . Z ., Comp . Gardiner , in a manner which impressed the candidate very much as well as the other companions present . Comp . Gardiner installed his successor , Comp . Alfred Molony , into tie . chair of M . E . Gardiner on the termination of his year of office , informing him that the jewel had been unanimously voted to him by the companions as a token of their esteem and regard and hoped he would live long to wear it , both with satisfaction to himself and credit to the Craft , of which he wis such a firm supporter .
