THE PROSPECTUS of the reconstructed Bjvril Company will , we understand , appear on Monday next . It will be remembered that the well-known business was recently purchased by Mr . Hooley ( who so successfully launched the Dunlop Pneumatic Tyre Company and other important enterprises ) for £ 2 , 000 , 000 sterling , and will now be brought out with a capital of two millions and a half—a very moderate amount , considering the progressive character of the business and the great developments in foreign countries ( hitherto oracticallv untouched ) which will be made immediately .
