MEMORIAL TO SURGEON MAJOR PARKE . At a Stated Ctinimunication of the Provincial Grand Lodge of North Connaught , held in Boyle , on Tuesday igth September , 1893 , it was decided that a Hall , to be called the PARKE MEMORIAL HALL , be erected in Carrickon-Shannon—Doctor PARKE and his father having both been members of Lodge S 54 , held there .. A Committee has , been appointed , with power to add to its number , which . comprises the Right Honourable Lord HARLECH ; Rev . Doctor CLARKE ; the Officers of the Provincial Grand Lodge of North Connaught ; the Past Provincial Grand Officers ; and the Worshipful Masters and Secretaries of Lodges in the Province . As the Hall is to be known as the PARKE MEMORIAE HALL , it is expected that all admirers of this good and great man , whether Masons or otherwise , will s inscribe to this laudable object , with a view to perpetuate his memory .
