With the explanation now given it would appear that the brother originally complained of was not so much to blame as tho first letter AVC received made him appear . Those Avho Avere in the room at the time and made no protest cverc equally , if not more to blame than the young Brother , AVIIO doubtlessly thought he
was rendering a service and expediting the business of the Lodge . This , however , docs not excuse his subsequent refusal to obey the orders of the W . M .-ED . ]
