The whole of the original 2 , 000 ^ 20 shares have been subscribed ( these shares have recently , by special resolution , been subdivided into £$ shares ) . Three years since , the Company commenced the manufacture of an improved Mineral Tooth , which has now become firmly established on the market ; the demand coming from all parts of the world is quite beyond present means of supply , and it is to meet this condition that the present issue of 2 , 000 £$ shares is made . The superiority of these Teeth is an established fact . The demand for Dental Instruments of the Company ' s Manufacture has also largely increased , and it has been found necessary to add another large workshop , which has been fitted with improved machinery . From this department a handsome profit is expected during the ensuing year . During the fourteen years the Company has been established it has obtained a wide-spread reputation for excellence in its various productions ; its sales have shown a yearly increase , its productions are used by the first dentists in the world , and the business having been developed on sound principles , its shares may be considered a safe investment . The dividends from the commencement have averaged 7 per cent ., and from the impetus the Company ' s business has received by the introduction of their improved Teeth , increased dividends may reasonably be expected . It is the intention of the Directors to make application to the London Stock Exchange Committee for a settlement and quotation . Should no allotment be made , the deposit money will be returned in full .
