The Board recommends that the Victoria Lodge , No . 301 , and Henniker Lodge , No . 314 , who have neglected to comply with the requirements of the Book of Constitutions , Article 150 , and whose Masters have in consequence thereof been summoned to appear in Grand Lodge 4 th December 1900 personally , or by accredited representatives , be erased , unless due cause be shown to the contrary .
Owing to absence from England at the regular period for Installation as Master of the Ruspini Lodge , No . 363 , Brother Edward Terry was not installed till the . following regular meeting , and has consequently not served the office of Worshipful Master for a full term of twelve months . The Board recommends Grand Lodge to confirm him in the rank and privileges of Past Master .
